Danielle Wolfe is an Executive Coach, Organizational Development Consultant, and Facilitator with more than 20 years of experience helping leaders understand how they come across to others - and how to show up in ways that build trust, clarity, and influence.
Over the course of her career, Danielle has worked at organizations including McKinsey & Company and Ogilvy, where she helped design leadership development programs and strengthen collaboration across complex organizations.
Her work focuses on the moments that matter most in leadership: difficult conversations, high-stakes meetings, and the everyday interactions that shape how people experience you.
Danielle holds a BA in Psychology from Lehigh University and an MA in Organizational Psychology from NYU. She received her Executive and Organizational Coaching certification through Columbia Business School.
